Job brief

We are looking for a Senior/Leader Tech Talent Acquisition ready to join our TA Team in the HCMC Office.


Responsibilities

At the senior/Leader level, we expect you can commit to a long-term companion and confidently take on these responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent service and full life-cycle recruiting.
  2. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  3. Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional team members.
  4. Proactively source candidates through various channels, building and maintaining a solid network of talented candidates, community building, and ongoing relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad range of positions.
  5. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' competencies to select the most suitable for each open position.
  6. Initiate, develop, and proactively deploy the Candidate Experience Journey.
  7. Actively participate and support HR - Back Office tasks with the spirit of one as a whole and a willing-to-learn mindset to reach the shared goals.
  8. Maintain and develop the capacity of each individual and the Talent Acquisition team.
  9. Other tasks assigned by the line Manager.


Requirements

  1. 5+ YoEs in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in the IT Sector. The preference would be given to candidates with experience in the banking industry or who can manage both Tech and Business Recruitment at all levels.
  2. Experience partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders of Tech to drive deliverables for the recruitment team
  3. Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting in tech (required) and non-tech roles within organizations.
  4. Hands-on experience in using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  5. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  6. Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  7. A significant preference would be given to those who possess team management skills.
  8. Positive thinker with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and a happy supporter.
  9. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
