Job brief

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employee and management in Business Divisions. The job formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the stakeholders that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies, addressing and resolving employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
2. Work with C&B team to propose retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
3. Support the manager and employees on performance evaluations, career development, and goal-setting processes.
4. Identify training and development needs and support the implementation of solutions.
5. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across departments.
6. Provide policy guidance and interpretations employees.
7. Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership, prepare and present reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
8. Accountability on Visa, accomodation, HR team building, Employment engagement program.
9. Deploy the program to promote Employer's of choice.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as HRBP/TA/C&B/Rewards/ Performance Management, including:
