We’re seeking a versatile Visual & UI Designer who can craft intuitive digital interfaces while producing high-quality visual assets to support product communications and marketing efforts.

In this role, you’ll work across product teams and communication functions — designing clean, user-friendly application UI and creating polished visuals for product launches, presentations, and brand materials.  

Responsibilities

UI Design for Digital Products

1. Design high-quality, consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Translate user flows and wireframes into refined visual designs.
3. Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product owners to ensure feasible and scalable implementation.
4. Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.

Visual & Communication Design

1. Produce visual assets for presentations, product demos, landing pages, social media, and internal documentation.
2. Support product teams and stakeholders with branded visuals and storytelling materials.
3. Ensure all assets align with design guidelines, tone of voice, and overall branding.

Workflow & Collaboration

1. Participate in design reviews and cross-functional team discussions.
2. Ensure proper handoff and documentation for developers and marketing.
3. Take ownership of design files and maintain organized version control.

Requirements

Must-Have

1. 5+ years of experience in UI and/or visual design.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital UI design and creative visual/marketing assets.
3. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
4. Good visual storytelling skills with a solid grasp of layout, typography, and brand application.
5. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and user-centric thinking.
6. Clear communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Have

1. Experience working with government, public sector, or enterprise applications.
2. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and basic front-end handoff workflows.
3. Skills in animation, motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie), or video editing.
