We seek an experienced Senior QC Manual Engineer to join our technology team. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be a part of Vietnam Silicon.

Job Descriptions:

1. Participate in reviewing and analyzing the project requirements to understand test objectives and provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
2. Participate in client meetings to ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.
3. Assist in the planning, creating, and controlling the test environment(s).
4. Develop the test plan and test strategy for the project.
5. Write and execute the test cases for the web and mobile applications.
6. Execute the test and report defects.
7. Monitor defects and follow up actions in the defect tracking system.
8. Ensure all tested-related work is carried out per the defined standards and procedures.
9. Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team.
10. Monitor and coach QCs in the project.
11. To perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Project Manager. 

Job Requirements:

1. University level with bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
2. Good experience in software testing for web and mobile applications.
3. Good knowledge of automation tests, performance tests, and security tests.
4. Have 5+ years of experience in software testing.
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
7. Have a proactive and good working relationship with other team members. 
8. Able to manage a team of 3+ people.
9. Experience with agile/scrum methodology.
