Responsibilities

1. Define, set up, enhance and maintain security Software quality guidelines, process to address the industry standards and company requirements.  
2. Define and implement document templates and processes, workflows in an ALM tool.
3. Define review checklists.
4. Perform reviews for requirements, design, code, and test to meet the agreed-upon processes.  
5. Perform in internal audit preparations and external audit assessments.  
6. Together with project teams, to ensure that qualitative software deliverables are released into production.
7. Other tasks assigned by the Company or Line Manager.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering and Quality Analysis Certification.
2. 2+ years of professional work experience in Software Development Industry.
3. 4+ years of professional experience with Software Quality Assurance.  
4. Profound Knowledge of the information security ISO 27001, ISO 30000, GDPR, Decree13 VN, and other related regulations.
5. Profound Knowledge of the software development life cycle standards, including but not limited to TQM, ISO 9000, CMMI, Agile family, ASPICE, Jira, Confluence, and Quality checking tools.  
6. Ability to identify effective processes for new projects.
7. Ability to analyze the Quality of Data, statistics.
8. Ability to train and implement new processes and methods for projects and organizations.
9. Long-term thinking, stable and scalable design & continuous improvement skills.
10. Enjoying new challenges and innovative technologies.
11. Ability to propose automated processes.  
12. Good in English language skills.
