Vietnam Silicon is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Mobile Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications. This role emphasizes hands-on development, code quality, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, cross-platform user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile apps using Flutter, Kotlin, or Swift.
2. Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to implement new features.
3. Participate in architecture discussions and help shape app structure.
4. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the mobile team.
7. Keep up to date with mobile development trends and tools.
8. Other tasks assigned by the Company or Line Manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications.
3. Strong hands-on experience with:
   

  – Flutter (primary), plus Kotlin or Swift

  – Mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture)

  – RESTful APIs and integration best practices

1. Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
2. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
   
3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
4. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Prefer:

1. Experience in super apps, fintech, e-commerce, or digital transformation domains.
2. Exposure to AI, Blockchain, or ML in mobile apps.
3. Familiarity with backend architecture or having led full-stack teams.
4. Cloud platform experience: AWS, GCP, or Azure
