Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  1. Lead and manage multiple software development projects across all phases.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  3. Coordinate across teams and management levels to resolve blockers and ensure alignment.
  4. Monitor progress, manage changes, and drive timely issue resolution.
  5. Control project budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Team Management:

  1. Guide and mentor team members to support growth and performance.
  2. Provide regular feedback and foster accountability.
  3. Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
  2. Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly and proactively.
  3. Address client concerns promptly and ensures high satisfaction.
  4. Align project outcomes with client expectations and business goals.

Partner Relationship Management

  1. Develop and maintain effective collaboration with partners.
  2. Define clear workflows to support project delivery and risk mitigation.
  3. Coordinate efforts to resolve issues and continuously improve product quality.
  4. Ensure alignment between partner contributions and project objectives.

Technical Oversight:

  1. Work with architects to define and validate technical requirements.
  2. Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  3. Oversee code quality through regular reviews and technical checkpoints.

Process Improvement

  1. Continuously refine project management practices for efficiency and scalability.
  2. Implement quality assurance measures to drive consistent product excellence.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing software development projects
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  3. Proven ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies in real projects
  4. PMP certification (preferred); Agile-related certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) welcomed
  5. Strong understanding of SDLC and software project delivery practices
  6. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  7. Strong interpersonal and team management skills; advocate for a culture of growth
  8. Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
  9. Willing to travel internationally for client engagements

Prefer

  1. Experience managing projects involving data, AI, or machine learning
  2. Strong technical foundation for working with engineering teams
  3. Domain knowledge in digital transformation, information management, e-commerce, or finance
