We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who combines analytical rigor with a product-focused mindset. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and document requirements for data and AI-powered software solutions. This role requires a solid grasp of software development processes and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Product Owners, BA Leads, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable documentation.
2. Work directly with clients and end-users to understand their challenges and propose data-driven and AI-enhanced solutions that align with business objectives.
3. Map and evaluate current business processes, recommending improvements and identifying opportunities for automation or optimization.
4. Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases to support product development.
5. Facilitate requirement workshops, user interviews, and review sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and clarity.
6. Contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming with the development team in agile environments.
7. Ensure traceability of business requirements throughout the development lifecycle and validate solutions against those requirements.
8. Stay informed on new technology trends, especially in AI, data analytics, and digital product design, to support product innovation.
9. Other tasks assigned by the Company or Line Manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
3. Hands-on experience with data platforms and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
4. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business use cases experience in data-driven or AI product development.
5. Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable components.
6. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other agile project management and documentation platforms.
7. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
8. Strong command of English in both written and verbal communication.
9. Able and willing to travel occasionally for client engagements.

Prefer

1. Domain knowledge in Digital Transformation, E-Commerce, Finance, or Enterprise Information Management Systems.
2. Exposure to business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and requirements management standards.
