Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the front-end development team to deliver high-quality web-based and desktop applications.
2. Define and implement the technical stack for front-end development projects.
3. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Coach, mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are at the forefront of innovation.
7. Other tasks assigned by the Company or Line Manager

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proven 8+ years' experience and at least 3+ years as a Frontend Leader or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
4. Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and basic front-end SEO best practices.
5. Experience in building web-based and desktop applications.
6. Ability to define and implement technical stacks for various projects.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
9. Experience leading and mentoring backend development teams.
10. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts.
11. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
12. Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
13. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
14. Expertise with Git workflows (Trunk‑Based, Git Flow) and code‑review best practices.
15. Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
16. Willingness to travel to client sites internationally.
17. Awareness of front-end security best practices.

Prefer

1. Experience with backend technologies, ability to collaborate closely with backend teams and debug full-stack issues.
2. Experience with AI, Blockchain and machine learning technologies.
3. Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the industry and the target market in Digital Transformation, Information Management System, E Commerce and Finance technologies.
4. Open-Source Contributions are a plus: Contributions to open-source projects demonstrating technical expertise and community involvement.
5. Hands‑on experience owning CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
