Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
2. Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
3. Oversee the entire design process, from research and concept development to final implementation.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and user-centric designs.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the design process.
8. Advocate for user experience and design thinking within the organization.

Requirements

Must have

1. Proven +8 years' experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
3. Experience in conducted hiring, training, performance reviews, and development programs.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
6. Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
7. Ability to collaborate with business partners to define successful product outcomes.
8. Conducted customer-centric workshops and facilitated customer-facing sessions.
9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
