Responsibilities:

1. Gather and document business requirements with Product Managers and Developers.
2. Work with clients to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
3. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
4. Create functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
5. Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders.
6. Support product strategy by ensuring business requirements align with goals.
7. Track project progress, manage risks, and provide updates to stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Must Have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
3. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project workflows.
4. Ability to analyze and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills across teams.
6. Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, process modeling).
7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred:

1. Familiarity with Digital Transformation, Information Management, E-Commerce, or Finance technologies.
2. Experience working with international clients or teams.
